Palm opened its doors in September of 2022. It is a modern Caribbean restaurant located in Burlington. Our cuisine is inspired by both East and West Indian traditions and celebrates ingredients from both cultures. We approach food like art, that is, with genuine curiosity we question, experiment, push and pull from tradition and contemporary culture. We enjoy delighting our guests with time-honoured dishes prepared with an evolutionary spirit.
Our bright and airy dining space provides a relaxed environment for both eat-in and take-out orders. Our generous tables can accommodate groups of 2-8 guests.
In an effort to make a positive impact on our environment, our entire menu is served in ecologically-responsible containers for all guests, irrespective of whether you are eating in or taking out.
